I met Judy several years ago when I was looking to purchase a home. A friend referred her to me saying that she was the best, and after working with her, I agreed! This relationship inspired me to attain my real estate license and become Judy’s administrative assistant. Having a degree in education has helped me to support her in many ways: helping buyers and sellers understand the process and what to expect, communicating with all parties to make sure this process is smooth, and helping to ensure all paperwork is completed and delivered to all parties. I also assist with showings, marketing, and anything else that needs to be done!

Cody Dobbs
Referral Coordinator
Cody started his career working in Banking and Lending before joining the Brewton Team in 2018. As the Referral Coordinator for The Brewton Team, he supports new incoming clients for the team, manages the social media pages, enables positive warm transfers from new clients over to designated team agents, and manages open communication between all team agents and their buyers and sellers. Cody holds 9 strong years in customer relations and client customer service.
Known for his positive attitude and ability to work hard, Cody shines through his ability to juggle several tasks at once; deftly handing the needs of clients, his team, and team leader. Cody works hard to foster relationships with his team agents and clients so they can continue to build a strong, positive work and client relationship together.
Cody enjoys working on The Brewton Team because he finds it an innovative and supportive team to work for, with the opportunity for learning and growth. He enjoys being challenged and taking on new roles with bigger responsibilities.
An avid outdoors person, Cody participates in the Juvenile Diabetes Research fundraising event annually to support the work they do for juvenile diabetes research. In his spare time, he can be found hiking in the smoky mountains, walking his French bulldog Willow and enjoying life to its fullest.
Ian Dickerson

Ian has much to contribute to the real estate business, as he has grown up in the home construction trade and is an experienced finish carpenter. He understands how important the details are in providing the best to his customers. He is excited to have the opportunity to join Realty Executives and The Brewton Team! Ian has a giving heart in wanting to help people, so feels he has found his dream job as a REALTOR. He will take the extra steps to guide you through the home buying or selling process. He is very ambitious, an extremely hard worker, and determined to be the best at whatever he does. He is trustworthy and will never let you down. He is a marathon runner and loves to fish. Victoria "Tori" Blevins

In 2019 Tori joined the Brewton Team as a transaction coordinator. The more she became involved with the real estate business, helping & meeting people, the more she knew this was the job for her. Tori loves people, and her booming personality makes it easy to feel comfortable around her immediately. She’s also the go-to gal, as we always call on her whenever we need anything because we know she can help. Tori has a true heart of gold and is always ready to help in any way she can. She is trustworthy, dependable, and ambitious.Tori has an unmatchable work ethic: during her high school years she played in the school’s marching band, and during her college years, she always held down a job while taking classes. You name it, she did it, including driving a fork lift at UPS and as a delivery person for Advance Motors She has painted houses, installed cabinets, and done all the little things needed to make a home most attractive to hit the market.
